Linqrova ("we", "our", or "us") is a product of Pixuntra (pixuntra.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Linqrova — our AI-powered LinkedIn and career intelligence platform.

By using Linqrova, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We collect the following categories of information:

LinkedIn Profile Data (via OAuth 2.0) When you sign in with LinkedIn, we access your publicly available profile information including: full name, profile photo, headline, location, work experience, education history, skills and endorsements, and your LinkedIn summary (About section). We also request permission to publish content on your behalf — only when you explicitly initiate a post from within Linqrova.

Usage & Analytics Data We collect anonymous usage data such as features you interact with, pages you visit, session duration, and error logs. This data is used solely to improve the product and is never linked to your personal identity.

Resume & Uploaded Content If you use our ATS Resume Optimizer, the content of your uploaded resume is processed to provide analysis. This content is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.

AI Interaction Data Queries you make to our AI tools (headline generation, about section writing, etc.) are processed to generate your results. These interactions are not stored beyond the duration of your session.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide AI-powered LinkedIn profile analysis and scoring • Generate optimised headlines, about sections, and career content • Run ATS resume compatibility checks against job market data • Power our Personal Branding Engine and Skill Intelligence tools • Suggest networking messages and identify growth opportunities • Maintain your session and user preferences (stored in your browser's localStorage) • Improve our AI models' career-specific performance (in aggregate and anonymised form only) • Send transactional emails related to your account (Pro billing, password resets) • Respond to your support enquiries

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for third-party sale, or any purpose unrelated to providing you the Linqrova service.

Linqrova uses LinkedIn's official OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication. This means:

• We never see or store your LinkedIn password • You authorise access directly through LinkedIn's secure consent screen • You can revoke Linqrova's access at any time via LinkedIn's "Permitted Services" settings • We request only the minimum permissions required to power our features: — r_liteprofile: basic profile data — r_emailaddress: your email address — w_member_social: to post content you create in Linqrova (only on your explicit action)

Your LinkedIn access token is stored securely and is used only to fetch your profile data and to publish posts you initiate. It is never shared with third parties.

Linqrova uses Anthropic's Claude AI models to process your data and generate career intelligence. Regarding AI processing:

• Your profile data and AI prompts are sent to Anthropic's API over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) • Anthropic processes this data solely to return AI-generated responses to Linqrova • Your data is not used to train Anthropic's AI models (we use API access, not fine-tuning) • No personally identifiable information is retained by Anthropic beyond what is necessary for the API call lifecycle • We do not share your full profile or resume with any other AI providers

We continuously review our AI integrations to ensure they meet our data minimisation and security standards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers We work with carefully selected service providers who help us operate Linqrova — including Anthropic (AI processing) and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only as directed by us.

Legal Requirements We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance of any such transfer.

With Your Consent We will share your information with third parties only when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

We do not partner with or sell data to advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics aggregators.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide you the service:

• Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. • LinkedIn profile data is refreshed each time you reconnect LinkedIn and is deleted when you delete your account. • Resume data is processed in-memory and not permanently stored. • Browser localStorage (drafts, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data or log out.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data • Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format • Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data • Objection: Object to certain types of processing

EU/EEA Users (GDPR) If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California Users (CCPA) California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS) • Authentication is handled entirely via LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 — we never store passwords • Access tokens are encrypted at rest • We follow the principle of data minimisation — collecting only what is necessary • Our infrastructure undergoes regular security reviews

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Linqrova uses browser cookies and localStorage for the following purposes:

Session Management A session cookie is used to maintain your authenticated state after you sign in with LinkedIn.

User Preferences localStorage is used to save your app settings, saved drafts, and scheduled posts locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser.

Analytics We may use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personal identifiers are collected.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. You can clear your cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings.

Linqrova is designed for professionals and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@linqrova.app and we will promptly delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy • Notify registered users via email or in-app notification
