Terms of Service

By accessing or using Linqrova ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pixuntra, the company behind Linqrova (pixuntra.com).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification.

Linqrova is an AI-powered LinkedIn and career intelligence platform built and operated by Pixuntra. The Service provides:

• LinkedIn profile analysis, scoring, and optimisation recommendations • AI-generated headlines, about sections, and profile enhancements • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) resume compatibility analysis • Personal branding assessments and 90-day growth roadmaps • AI content generation for LinkedIn posts • Skill gap analysis against live market demand • Networking intelligence and connection message suggestions • Post scheduling and analytics

The Service is offered on a Free tier and a paid Pro tier as described in Section 6.

To use Linqrova, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) • Have a valid LinkedIn account • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements.

Account Creation You create a Linqrova account by signing in with your LinkedIn account via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LinkedIn account and for all activities that occur under your Linqrova account.

LinkedIn Permissions When you authorise Linqrova to connect to your LinkedIn account, you grant us permission to: • Read your LinkedIn profile information (name, photo, headline, experience, education, skills) • Publish content to LinkedIn on your behalf — only when you explicitly initiate a post from within Linqrova

You can revoke this authorisation at any time through LinkedIn's "Permitted Services" settings. Revoking access will prevent Linqrova from reading updated profile data or posting on your behalf.

Account Responsibility You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@linqrova.app if you suspect any unauthorised use.

The Free plan is available to all registered users at no cost, with no time limit. The Free plan includes:

• Basic AI Profile Analysis (limited depth) • 3 Headline Generations per month • 1 About Section generation per month • 1 ATS Resume Scan • LinkedIn SEO basics • PWA mobile install

Free plan features are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice before reducing Free plan benefits. Core profile analysis functionality will always remain free.

Billing The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location.

Automatic Renewal Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact hello@linqrova.app. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Price Changes We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

By using Linqrova, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to LinkedIn connections • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Linqrova • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service • Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service while using Linqrova • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws • Share your account credentials with others • Resell, sublicense, or commercialise access to the Service without our written permission

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Linqrova uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate career-related content including headlines, about sections, LinkedIn posts, and recommendations.

Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for any content you publish, submit, or distribute using AI-generated suggestions from Linqrova. Before publishing AI-generated content to LinkedIn or elsewhere, you should review it for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable platform policies.

No Accuracy Guarantee AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Linqrova does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Ownership AI-generated content produced for you by Linqrova is provided for your personal use. You may edit, publish, and use it freely. We do not claim ownership of content generated on your behalf.

Linqrova's IP The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, AI models, branding, and content (excluding user-provided data), is the intellectual property of Pixuntra. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

Your Content You retain full ownership of your LinkedIn profile data, resume content, and any personal information you provide. By using the Service, you grant Linqrova a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Feedback If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use that feedback to improve Linqrova without any obligation or compensation to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXUNTRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content • Warranties that the Service will help you achieve specific career outcomes

Using AI-generated career advice is at your own discretion. Linqrova does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or career advancement as a result of using the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIXUNTRA AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service • Any content posted or published using AI-generated suggestions

IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU ARE ON THE FREE PLAN, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ₹1,000 (OR EQUIVALENT).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixuntra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service • Content you publish using the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights, including LinkedIn's Terms of Service

By You You may delete your Linqrova account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Pro subscribers will retain access until the end of their current billing period but will not receive a refund.

By Us We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you: • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy • Engage in fraudulent activity • Engage in behaviour harmful to other users or to Linqrova

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Pixuntra is incorporated and operates in India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to submit a dispute to an online dispute resolution platform as provided by the European Commission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Sending an email to your registered address • Displaying a prominent notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
